DECORATING RELATED QUESTIONS:

How much does is cost? With 4 main decorating options (Décor-To-Go, Rentals, Custom Rentals, and On-Site Decorating) we have the flexibility to fit any decorating budget. You can choose from one of our packages, design your own package, OR give us your budget and we'll put a customized package together for you.

Our most economical option, Decor-To-Go, has packages beginning at $200. Our most popular option, On-Site Decorating, has a minimum order of $500, with the most popular packages being $950 and $1400. On-Site Decorating includes decorating items, décor design, decorating, set-up, and pick-up of our decorations.

Although our packages are designed to cover primary decorating areas, there are several items that can be added a-la-carte. The number of centerpieces required varies from event to event, so they are considered add-on items and are not included in our packages. Our centerpiece prices range from $1 - $55 each.

Is there a delivery charge? Prices include delivery and setup for Defiance Facilities. Additional travel charges will apply for out of town events.

How long does it take to decorate? A typical, on-site wedding reception job takes us about 36 man-hours – 6 decorators , 6 hours. But, that's just decorating. From the first consultation, until the last decoration is put away, is approximately 69 man-hours.

When do you pick up your decorations? Our clean-up crew returns about ½ hour before the end of the event to strike the décor. We begin with items that are “done”, leaving items such as the dancefloor, for last.

What if the band/DJ is asked to play longer? There will be a $60/hr. charge to cover the labor of the clean-up crew, if they have to wait for a DJ/band that plays longer. For safety purposes, we cannot dismantle a dancefloor while people are dancing there.

What if one of the guests steels a centerpiece or other decoration? You have until 6:00 PM the following Monday to return the item(s) to All Occasions Plus. If the items are not returned or if any items are broken, their replacement value will be charged to the person who filled out the contract.

Can I have another decorator or family member provide other decorations? Our standards are very high and our reputation is unblemished. In order for you to receive the best value for your investment, and for us to maintain our reputation, we request to be your exclusive decorator. This is our preference, however, ask us and we'll work it out with you.

What about the venue's rules? All Occasions Plus is very meticulous at abiding by all venue rules. This is our business and we must remain in good standings with all venues.
